*individual dinner under the hall (you buy your meal from the small traders installed all around the hall and share your dinner with the inhabitants and tourists) only valid from the end of June to the beginning of Septembre. Out of this period = dinner in one of Belvès numerous restaurants (located within 30 metres from the hotel);

THURSDAY
* breakfast served in the garden area
* 9.30 am : appointment in front of the tourist office and departure with your own car (follow the guide). According to a planning established by the participating producers, you will see:
* the production of the famous Périgord walnuts and chestnuts, the goose liver which will be fully explained on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a friendly tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where again you will eat their own products
or
* how to hunt the "black diamond" or truffle as well as the goose liver production explained in detail and on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a nice tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where again you will eat their own products
or
* the honey production, the bees' society, the different products made with honey and explained on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where agin you will eat their own products.
* Back to the hotel
* 06:00 p.m.: guided tour of Belvès, the village of the 7 belltowers', and one of France's "Plus Beaux Villages"

* rooms have to be vacant by 10h30 (luggage room)
* 11:00 a.m.: tour of the extraordinary cave-dwellings of Belvès (approx. 40 minutes)
